Set Your Email Signature Up In Outlook
To Create Your Email Signature
- Open up Microsoft Outlook
- From the bar at the top of your screen go to Microsoft Outlook and Settings


- Go to signatures and double click until a new box opens

- In the new box click on the + icon

- Give your signature a name and cut and paste the below template into the box, update your name and job title and delete three of the values banners (leaving the one you want to use)

- Click ‘Save’ (the screen doesn’t change when you click save but the signature will be saved and can be viewed and edited if you exit.

Extra Features
Once you have set your signature up you can set up multiple email signatures if you would like different signatures for new emails and email replies (for example – full signature template for new emails but shortened signature for email replies.
To apply these settings you would need to set the options under the “choose default signature area” shown below and choosing an email signature from the drop downs for New Messages and Replies/Forwards.
