How to Monitor Ticket Status
In order to see the ongoing status of a ticket within the portal you would first need to create an account.
Please note an account is not required to submit a ticket and you will still receive replies and updates on your ticket via email if you do not have an account.
Step 1: Access the AeroCloud Support Portal
Open your web browser and navigate to www.aerocloud.support
Step 2: Navigate to the Sign Up Option
In the top right hand corner of the portal home page you will see an option to "sign up"
Step 3: Fill in Sign Up Details
A quick form will appear, prompting you to inout your name and email address.
Step 4: Email verification
You will be sent an email from help@aerocloudsystems.com requesting you to verify your email address and create a password for your account.
Step 5: Log In
Once you have verified your email address you will be asked to log in with your new log in details
Step 6: Monitor Ticket Status
Once logged in to the support portal you can track the status of your ticket by navigating to the "Open Tickets" section at the bottom of the home page.
Here, you'll be able to see ticket status, updates, add notes to your tickets and monitor the resolution progress.
