Downloading The Key Microsoft 365 Apps
Although all Microsoft apps can be used on the web browser we would recommend downloading some key apps.
These would be:
- Outlook
- OneDrive
- Teams
- Word
- Excel
- Powerpoint
To download these apps follow the below instructions
Step 1 - Install Apps
From your Microsoft 365 home page navigate towards the top right hand side to "Install Apps"
Step 2: Select Premium Microsoft 365 Apps
A drop down should be presented, please select "Premium Microsoft 365 Apps"
Step 3: Accept Download Disclaimer
If you are presented with a download acceptance pop up please select "Allow"
Step 4: App Download
The key Microsoft 365 apps will now start downloaded and when completed you will be promoted to follow the on screen instructions
Step 5: Success!
You will now have the key Microsoft 365 apps on your desktop
