Setting Up Microsoft Authenticator

As part of ISO27001 and our commitment to securing our data you will be required to set up Microsoft Authenticator. This is an approved Microsoft application that helps us use our accounts more securely

To set this up you will need to download the Microsoft Authenticator application on your phone.

Once you have done this you should follow the below steps

Step 1: Access Microsoft Authenticator

Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone

Step 2: Link your AeroCloud Systems Microsoft 365 account

Under the authenticator option click the "+" option in the top right hand corner

You will be asked what kind of account you are adding, select "Work or School Account"

You will then be asked to sign in with your Microsoft 365 account login details, or if you have been prompted when logging into Microsoft 365 to set up authenticator you may have a QR on your screen to scan.

Step 3: Enable Two Step Authentication

If prompted to set up additional authentication for SMS or phone call follow the on screen options.
