Setting Email Access Up On Your Phone - Mac Users

Step 1: Apple Mail Settings

Go to settings on your iPhone, scroll down to mail and then select accounts

Step 2: Add a new mail account

Go to add account at the bottom of the screen and select Microsoft Exchange and complete the following fields:

Emails: Input your email address

Description: Input how you want you inbox to show in your mail folder (eg: AeroCloud Emails or your email address) * you can change this name later if you want to.

Step 3: Outlook login

You will then be prompted to enter your outlook username (email address) and password

You can also choose to add you calendar and notes if you would like these on your phone as well.

Step 4: Mail Sync

Your new mailbox will be set up in your mail folder on your iPhone.

Depending on how many emails you have this may take a little time to sync all of your folders and mail.
