Setting Email Access Up On Your Phone - Outlook App

Step 1: Download Outlook App

Download the Microsoft Outlook app from your phones App Store (this is a free app)

Step 2: Add a new mail account

Select "Add Account"

Step 3: Outlook login

You will then be prompted to enter your outlook username (email address) and password

Step 4: Mail Sync

Your new mailbox will be set up in your outlook app.

Depending on how many emails you have this may take a little time to sync all of your folders and mail.
